We began working together as the founding team made a strategic shift, looking to scale their subscription offer. In the first phase of work we created a marketing strategy, including audience targeting, core messaging ideas, channel selection and tactics. In partnership with Growth Division, we built a team of channel experts from their community and launched growth campaigns across all channels.
Following a rigorous growth process through the past 18 months, we have experimented with different messaging, audiences and channels before doubling down on what was delivering scalable results.
Our focus has been on lead generation channels, identifying prospects and running a variety of activities to drive demo call bookings with Unlock’s team. We have generated over 250 demo calls in the last 12 months.
