FYXER had scaled to a good size through a sales-led approach without worrying too much about marketing and brand.

Some exciting changes had been made internally as the business matured and the management team wanted a marketing strategy, including some big content ideas to better represent the public face of the brand. Working closely with the founders, Rich and Archie, we created a content strategy to direct the redevelopment FYXER's website and social presence. We then created a go to market strategy to identify channels to target and what skills we need to add to the team.

Finally we helped FYXER to build its new marketing team and to launch the new brand across organic channels.
